golden and luminous yellow, with tinges recalling the amber. Complex aroma, recalling yellow flowers, honey, Mediterranean scrub, yellow prums.
It recalls its aromas in the mouth, accompanied by a vibrant acidity ad an unexpected length.
Serve at 10-11°C. Excellent with appetizers, grilled vegetables, soups, roasted fish, white meat and delicate or medium aged cheesesrapes fermented with the
