Training system,plant density and yield: pruned-spur cordon-trained, 4.500 plants per hectare, 80 q per hectare
Winemaking: grapes fermented with the grape skins
Ageing: 3 months in stainless steel, 3 months in bottle
Alcohol (%vol): 12%
Sensory evaluation: bright, golden yellow wine, with amber hues. Complex aroma, recalling yellow flowers, honey, mediterranean scrub, yellow prunes. In the mouth, the scents of the nose return, accompanied by a vibrant acidity and an unexpected length.
Food pairing: serve at 10-11°C.Excellent with appetizers, grilled vegetables, soups, roasted fish, white meat and delicate or medium aged cheeses.
