Production zone: Cassano delle Murge (Ba), Alta Murgia National Park.
Altitude and sun exposure: 400 MASL, south-east
Soil: medium-textured soil.
Training system,plant density and yield: pruned-spur cordon-trained, 4.500 plants per hectare, 100 q per hectare
Ageing: 4 months in stainless steel, 2 months in bottle
Alcohol (%vol): 12%
Sensory evaluation: straw yellow colour with a pleasant and clean intensity on the nose; the aroma reveals exotic fruits, fresh flowers and fine scents of mediterranean scrub.
Food pairing: serve at 8-10°C. It is perfect with shellfish starters, first courses with seafood, fish pies and white meats, fresh and/or seasoned goat cheese.
