Altitude and sun exposure: 400 MASL, south-east
Soil: medium rocky soil.
Training system,plant density and yield: Pruned-spur cordon-trained, 4.500 plants per hectare, 100 q per hectare
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel, 3 months in bottle
Alcohol (%vol): 15%
Sensory evaluation: deep ruby red colour with purple hues. Intense bouquet of fresh fruit, reminiscent cherries and mulberries, enriched by delicate spicy notes like pink pepper
Food pairing: serve at 16-18°C to accompany first courses like homemade pasta seasoned with fine meat sauces. Perfect with meat stews
