Production zone: Cassano delle Murge (Ba), Alta Murgia National Park.
Altitude and sun exposure: 450 MASL, south/south-east
Soil: Medium-textured soil.
Training system,plant density and yield: Pruned-spur cordon-trained, 4.500 plants per hectare, 100 q per hectare
Ageing: 3 months in stainless steel, 3 months in bottle
Alcohol (%vol): 12%
Sensory evaluation: beautiful pink color, delicate and bright, recalling peach flowers. Persuasive aroma, reminding pomegranate, cherry and peach, combined with a light floral touch. Delicate in the mouth, medium body, shows a fresh acidity and a long aromatic progression, enriched by a delicate citrus fragrance.
Food pairing: serve at 8-10°C. Excellent with appetizers, grilled vegetables, soups, roasted fish, white meat and delicate cheeses.
